As we expand our global footprint, we are seeking a dynamic and strategic Alliances and Channel Partnership Lead to drive meaningful relationships with Global Captive Centers (GCCs) worldwide.
Role Overview
This is not a traditional sales role—it’s about fostering genuine connections and building long-term partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a strong network within Consulates, Embassies, and government IT bodies, leveraging these relationships to unlock new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture strategic relationships with key stakeholders at Consulates and Embassies to facilitate GCC opportunities.
- Engage with government IT bodies and regulatory authorities to enhance NCG’s market positioning.
- Actively participate in industry conferences, tech summits, and forums—both as an attendee and a speaker—to strengthen NCG’s presence.
- Establish and manage a network of strategic partners to expand NCG’s global footprint.
- Design and implement partnership strategies that align with NCG’s growth objectives.
- Represent NCG at international trade events, diplomatic functions, and government-sponsored initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of partnership commitments.
Requirements
- Strong network within Consulates, Embassies, and government IT departments.
- Experience engaging with industry bodies and government technology initiatives.
- Proven ability to translate conference participation into tangible business opportunities.
- Demonstrated success in building and managing alliances and channel partnerships.
- Deep understanding of GCC operations and their technology partnership requirements.
- Excellent communication skills, with cultural sensitivity and the ability to navigate international business relationships.
- Experience in the IT and product engineering domain (preferred but not mandatory).

- International work experience across multiple countries or regions.
- Knowledge of international trade policies and diplomatic protocols.
- Understanding of emerging technology trends relevant to GCCs.
- Multilingual capabilities.
- Public speaking and presentation experience.
