Overview
At NCG, we are seeking a seasoned Apple Device Manager to take ownership of our Apple device ecosystem and play a critical role in optimizing end-user productivity and enterprise device security. This is a high-impact role where you’ll work cross-functionally to manage and enhance the lifecycle of Apple devices, implement enterprise mobility strategies, and help shape the future of device management at NCG. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle management of Apple devices (Macs, iPhones, iPads), including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and retirement
- Implement, configure, and maintain MDM solutions such as Workspace ONE, JAMF, or Endpoint Manager
- Optimize Windows Autopilot and Windows Hello for Business strategies to support hybrid environments
- Collaborate with IT security and compliance teams to enforce data protection policies and device-level security standards
- Provide advanced technical support and training to end-users, ensuring a seamless Apple user experience
- Troubleshoot device performance issues and resolve escalations efficiently
- Develop and maintain best practice documentation and standard operating procedures for Apple device management
- Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence
- Stay ahead of industry trends and innovations to introduce modern solutions that enhance efficiency and user satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 9–12 years of hands-on experience in enterprise device management, with a strong focus on Apple platforms
- Proven expertise in Workspace ONE, JAMF, or Endpoint Manager
- Practical experience with Windows Autopilot and Windows Hello for Business in mixed device environments
- Deep understanding of MDM and enterprise mobility strategies
- Strong problem-solving capabilities with an eye for detail
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Preferred Skills
- Experience in a large-scale enterprise IT environment
- Familiarity with Apple Business Manager and Apple School Manager
- Knowledge of scripting for automation (e.g., Shell, Python)
