Who You Will Work With:
The Business Analysis Manager will be part of a dynamic programme team, reporting to the Business Analysis Executive Manager. The role involves close collaboration with IT teams, end-users, and global stakeholders to ensure that systems meet the firm’s business needs. Given the firm’s international presence, the position requires a high degree of stakeholder engagement, facilitating seamless communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Collect and analyse business requirements from stakeholders to ensure that CGP systems (CRM, Marketing Events, Campaigns, etc.) align with organisational goals. Identify opportunities for process enhancements.
- Data Analysis & Documentation: Define end-to-end data lifecycles and data flows for key CGP entities. Liaise with business and IT teams to document data migration and integration strategies.
- Process Evaluation & Improvement: Assess existing business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend changes to enhance workflow effectiveness.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as a bridge between management, IT, and end-users, ensuring clear understanding and alignment on CGP system implementation objectives and project progress.
- System Configuration & Customisation: Collaborate with technical teams to configure CGP systems, defining workflows, user roles, and access permissions.
- Change Management: Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure a smooth transition for stakeholders and address resistance to system adoption.
- User Documentation & Training: Create comprehensive user guides and training materials. Conduct training sessions to ensure users are proficient in CGP system functionalities.
- Testing & Quality Assurance: Participate in system testing to validate that CGP systems meet business requirements. Identify and resolve defects before full deployment.
- Post-Implementation Monitoring & Support: Ensure continued system effectiveness by monitoring post-implementation performance. Collect user feedback and provide ongoing support for system enhancements.

Required Experience & Skills:
Must-Have Experience:
- Business Analysis Expertise: Minimum of 7 years in a Business Analyst role, with experience in large-scale CRM implementations in professional services organisations.
- Requirements Gathering: Hands-on experience with tools & techniques such as User Stories, Use Cases, Process Modelling, and Stakeholder Workshops.
- Data Analysis & Modelling: Strong understanding of data flow diagrams, data modelling, data migration, and integration strategies.
- Stakeholder Management: Ability to engage, lead, and influence stakeholders across various business levels.
- Communication & Facilitation: Excellent negotiation, mediation, and facilitation skills to drive alignment between business and IT teams.
- Problem-Solving & Adaptability: A creative and flexible approach to overcoming challenges.
- Project Management & Testing: Experience in end-to-end project lifecycle management, including testing phases.
- Global Project Experience: Previous involvement in complex global IT change projects.
- Certifications: BCS Business Analysis or other recognised business analysis qualifications.
