The Role
We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer with deep hands-on experience in Next.js to help us build fast, scalable, and user-friendly web applications. You’ll work across the stack—from polished frontend UIs to robust backend APIs—bringing ideas to life and shipping them fast.
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain high-quality Next.js applications
- Work on both frontend (React, TypeScript) and backend (Node.js, API routes)
- Design and optimize PostgreSQL database schemas and queries
- Collaborate with designers to turn wireframes into seamless user experiences
- Own features from idea to production with minimal hand-holding
- Improve performance, squash bugs, and keep the experience smooth
- Contribute to architecture decisions and share knowledge with the team
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in full stack development
- Strong knowledge of Next.js, React, and TypeScript
- Solid experience with PostgreSQL and query optimization
- Familiarity with Tailwind CSS, React Query, or similar modern tools
- Good understanding of backend development with Node.js
- Comfortable using Git beyond the basics
- Passion for quality code with a pragmatic approach to shipping
Bonus Points For
- Experience with Vercel and serverless deployment
- Testing skills with Jest or React Testing Library
- Knowledge of GraphQL
- Performance optimization chops
- Familiarity with the Bangalore tech/startup scene
