Overview
We are seeking an IT Security Architect Lead to play a pivotal role in shaping the security landscape of our Identity and Access Management (IAM) program applications. Your expertise will be essential in assessing, implementing, and optimizing security controls for applications like Okta, Netskope/Purview, and Google/Microsoft security solutions.

Responsibilities
- Review and assess security controls and configurations for IAM applications.
- Provide configuration guidance and best practices for security tools such as Okta, Netskope/Purview, and Microsoft/Google security solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen security measures across the organization.
- Conduct regular security assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.
- Implement security best practices to enhance identity management, access control, and compliance.
- Facilitate face-to-face interviews for new security hires as per account requests.
- Document security protocols, configuration changes, and compliance reports.
- Stay updated on emerging security threats, IAM advancements, and industry best practices.
- Train and mentor junior security team members to enhance overall security expertise.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3-6 years of experience in IT Security Architecture, particularly in IAM programs.
- Strong expertise in IAM solutions such as Okta, Netskope/Purview, and Microsoft/Google security tools.
- Proficient in assessing security postures, implementing security controls, and mitigating vulnerabilities.
- Hands-on experience in security configurations and governance.
- Knowledge of industry security frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, CIS Controls).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications (preferred):
- CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional)
- CISM (Certified Information Security Manager)
- CCSP (Certified Cloud Security Professional)
- Microsoft/AWS Security Certifications
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Zero Trust Architecture and Privileged Access Management (PAM).
- Familiarity with SIEM, SOAR, and Endpoint Security solutions.
- Understanding of cloud security (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) and best practices.
- Ability to lead security initiatives and mentor junior team members.
