At NCG, we are on the lookout for a seasoned IT Technical Consultant Lead who will play a key role in shaping the technical landscape of our end-user productivity services. This is a leadership position designed for a forward-thinking IT professional who excels in managing Apple and Windows ecosystems, driving innovation, and mentoring teams. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, deployment, and management of enterprise-grade end-user device solutions across Apple and Windows platforms
- Take ownership of complex IT projects—from planning to execution—ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and alignment with business goals
- Oversee configuration and management of Apple devices (macOS and iOS) using tools like Workspace ONE, JAMF, or Endpoint Manager
- Lead the implementation and optimization of Windows AutoPilot and Windows Hello for Business
- Provide expert guidance to cross-functional teams, addressing technical challenges with practical, innovative solutions
- Drive continuous service improvement and ensure end-user satisfaction through proactive problem-solving and performance optimization
- Mentor and develop junior team members, instilling a culture of collaboration, learning, and technical excellence
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align IT service delivery with organizational objectives
- Stay current with emerging technologies, IT best practices, and service management frameworks to drive innovation
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
- 9–12 years of hands-on IT consulting experience, with a specialization in end-user productivity solutions
- Proven expertise in managing Apple devices and Windows endpoints, with deep knowledge of enterprise deployment tools
- Strong configuration and implementation experience with Workspace ONE, JAMF, Endpoint Manager
- Proficiency in Windows AutoPilot and Windows Hello for Business
- Solid understanding of IT service management (ITSM) frameworks and project delivery methodologies
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- A strong problem-solving mindset, with a focus on delivering efficient and scalable solutions
- Ability to drive collaboration across departments and guide technical teams toward excellence
