The Role
As a Java Backend Application Developer, you’ll play a key role in building the critical microservices that power our fintech platform. From secure transaction processing to intelligent customer data management, your work will have a real-world impact.

What You’ll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java-based microservices and RESTful APIs
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices
- Participate in code reviews, mentor peers, and contribute to technical discussions
- Identify bottlenecks, troubleshoot issues, and optimize application performance
- Work in an agile team environment, delivering features iteratively and efficiently
Your Experience & Skills
Must-Haves (5–9 Years of Experience)
- Expert-level proficiency in Core Java
- Advanced understanding of multithreading and concurrency
- Solid hands-on experience with Spring Boot and RESTful API development
- Proven experience in designing and building microservices architecture
- Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases
- Focus on clean code, performance, and scalability
Good to Have
- Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Prior experience in banking or financial services
- Familiarity with message brokers (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ)
- Understanding of containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
