Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Java developers, ensuring adherence to coding best practices and development standards.
- Define software architecture and design scalable, maintainable systems.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define technical project scopes.
- Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and facilitate regular knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Drive the adoption of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices across the team.
- Engage in hands-on development and resolve complex technical challenges.
- Monitor project timelines, manage resources, and ensure timely delivery.
- Stay updated with industry trends and integrate relevant innovations into our solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience: 6–9 years of hands-on experience in Java development, including team leadership.
- Expertise in:
- Core Java, Spring Framework, Hibernate
- Database technologies: MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.
- Software design principles and architectural patterns
- Bonus Skills:
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
- Understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Oracle Certified Java Programmer)
