The Performance Testing Lead plays a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and performance of our software products. Requirements & Responsibilities
Technical Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 3-6 years of experience in performance testing and analysis
- Strong expertise in performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or similar
- Familiarity with CI/CD processes and Agile methodologies
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or Java
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Certifications in performance testing (ISTQB, LoadRunner Certified) are a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead performance testing efforts across multiple projects
- Design and implement performance test scripts
- Identify performance bottlenecks and work with development teams to resolve issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure performance requirements are met
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes
- Prepare and present performance test reports
- Mentor junior team members in best testing practices
- Participate in requirement gathering and analysis sessions
- Stay updated with industry trends and new testing tools
- Support the rollout of performance benchmarks and KPIs
