Overview
We are seeking a Power Automate Lead to drive automation initiatives across the organization using Power Automate Cloud Flows, Desktop Flows, and AI Builder technology. Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement automation solutions using Power Automate Cloud Flows and Desktop Flows.
- Analyze and optimize existing workflows to improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define goals, and implement automation strategies.
- Provide training and support to team members on Power Automate best practices.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance automation solutions for stability and performance.
- Stay updated with new features, best practices, and emerging trends in Power Automate and AI-driven automation.
- Contribute to documentation and establish knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Lead automation projects and process improvement initiatives within the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3-6 years of experience in Power Automate, including hands-on expertise in Cloud Flows and Desktop Flows.
- Experience with AI Builder for intelligent automation.
- Strong understanding of business process automation and workflow optimization.
- Familiarity with CoPilot Studio (formerly Power Virtual Agents) for chatbot automation.
- Experience in Power Apps and Power Pages is a plus.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, JavaScript, or Python) is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with business and technical teams.
- Microsoft Power Platform certification (PL-500, PL-900, or PL-600) is preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and Azure services.
- Experience with RPA (Robotic Process Automation) for end-to-end automation.
- Familiarity with CI/CD practices for Power Platform development.
- Ability to lead and mentor junior team members in automation best practices.
