The Role
We’re looking for an energetic Talent Acquisition Specialist who’ll help us find the best tech talent out there. If you love connecting with people and have a knack for spotting tech talent, this role is for you!
What You’ll Do
- Source and screen candidates for various IT roles
- Coordinate the interview process from initial screening to final selection
- Build and maintain a healthy talent pipeline
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their team requirements
- Keep candidates engaged throughout the recruitment process
- Track recruitment metrics and optimize the hiring process
- Represent NCG at job fairs and campus recruitment drives
Must-Haves
- 0-3 years of experience in talent acquisition (freshers with the right attitude are welcome too!)
- Understanding of IT roles and technologies (don’t worry, you’ll learn more on the job)
- Excellent communication skills (you’ll be talking to a lot of people!)
- A positive attitude and high energy levels
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Nice-to-Haves
- Any technology courses or certifications
- Prior experience in IT recruitment
