Job Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented SAP EWM Consultant to join our team and play a pivotal role in optimizing warehouse and logistics operations. In this position, you will be responsible for implementing and configuring SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) solutions, supporting full-cycle project activities, and ensuring efficient integration with broader supply chain functions.
You will work in a collaborative and agile environment with cross-functional teams and have the opportunity to grow professionally while contributing to impactful projects that improve organizational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and implement SAP EWM solutions tailored to business requirements.
- Participate in all phases of project implementation including configuration, testing, user training, cut-over, GoLive, and hypercare.
- Perform EWM master data configuration and creation of warehouse structures.
- Implement and manage putaway and picking strategies to improve warehouse operations.
- Support and enhance features like Physical Inventory, HU Management, Batch Management, and RF functionalities.
- Ensure smooth migration of data from ERP WM to EWM.
- Conduct and document functional, integration, and user acceptance testing.
- Provide end-user training and support to ensure effective system adoption.
- Collaborate with SAP module experts in PP, MM, QM, and WM to ensure integrated system performance.
- Maintain system documentation and contribute to change management and process optimization activities.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience with SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM).
- Participation in at least 1–2 full-cycle SAP EWM implementations.
- Experience in master data migration from ERP WM to EWM.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse processes and SAP configuration for EWM.
- Familiarity with inter-module integration between SAP PP, MM, QM, and WM.
- Hands-on experience with testing methodologies, including product, functional, and integration testing.
- Excellent communication and training delivery skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and a collaborative, problem-solving approach.
