Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6-9 years of experience in SAP FICO with a strong focus on FI and Asset Accounting.
- Proven expertise in configuration and implementation of SAP FI modules.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Relevant SAP certification in FI and/or Asset Accounting is a plus.
- Experience with financial reporting and regulatory compliance.
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to issues.
Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end management of SAP FI and Asset Accounting implementations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define financial requirements and translate them into SAP functionalities.
- Conduct regular system audits and performance analyses to ensure effective functioning.
- Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement within the financial systems.
- Provide training and support to team members on SAP processes and best practices.
- Lead projects involving financial data migration and integration with other systems.
- Ensure adherence to financial policies, procedures, and compliance regulations.
- Generate financial reports to provide insights into company performance.
- Collaborate with IT to optimize system performance and user experience.
- Act as a liaison between finance and IT departments to enhance system capabilities.
Key Skills
- Proficient in SAP FICO modules, particularly FI and Asset Accounting.
