Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced SAP HANA BASIS Administrator with a strong
background in SAP infrastructure components, including SAP HANA, SAP NetWeaver, and
SAP Solution Manager. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP
technologies and be able to manage, optimize, and support the SAP landscape.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and administer SAP HANA databases, ensuring optimal performance, high
  availability, and security. Perform routine maintenance tasks and monitor system
  health.
• Oversee the administration of SAP NetWeaver, including system installation,
  configuration, and troubleshooting. Ensure seamless integration with other SAP
  components.
• Utilize SAP Solution Manager for system monitoring, maintenance planning, and to
  implement best practices. Leverage Solution Manager functionalities for system
  landscape optimization.
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams to ensure the smooth operation of SAP
  landscapes. Provide guidance on hardware and software requirements for optimal
  performance.
• Proactively identify and address performance issues in SAP systems. Optimize
  configurations and parameters for enhanced system efficiency.
• Implement and maintain security policies and procedures for SAP landscapes.
  Monitor and mitigate security risks, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Develop and maintain backup and recovery strategies for SAP landscapes. Test and
  validate backup procedures to ensure data integrity and system recoverability.
• Plan and execute SAP system upgrades and apply patches as needed. Stay current
  with SAP releases and recommend upgrade paths.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for SAP systems, configurations,
  and procedures. Ensure knowledge transfer to team members.
• Work closely with SAP functional teams, developers, and other IT teams to provide
  timely support and resolution for SAP-related issues.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• Strong expertise in SAP HANA, SAP NetWeaver, and SAP Solution Manager
  administration.
• Strong communication (Written & O+I42ral) skills.
• Experience with SAP system installations, upgrades, Refreshes and migrations.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Should be conversant with support and SLA process and should be able to close
  tickets as per the agreed SLA.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and automation tools is an added advantage.
• Proven experience in SAP Basis administration and support.
• Knowledge of SAP infrastructure components and integration points.
• Familiarity with SAP security best practices and implementation.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
