Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced SAP Security Specialist with expertise in Identity/Users
Management, GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance), and comprehensive knowledge of
SAP landscapes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in products such as
BOBJ, BTP, SAP IdM, and GRC 12.0 (Access Control Suite), with a strong understanding of
authorization concepts across diverse SAP environments.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee user provisioning and de-provisioning in SAP products like
  BOBJ, BTP, and SAP IdM.
• Ensure adherence to identity and access management policies and best practices.
• GRC 12.0 (Access Control Suite):
• Hands-on experience with GRC modules, including Access Risk Analysis (ARA),
  Emergency Access Management (EAM), Access Request Management (ARM), and
  Business Role Management (BRM).
• Implement and maintain GRC configurations for effective access control.
• Work on complex SAP landscapes with a diverse user base, ensuring security
  measures are aligned with business requirements.
• Proficient in Role Management and troubleshooting authorization-related issues.
• Stay well-versed with audit and compliance regulations, ensuring SAP security
  measures are in compliance with industry standards.
• Participate in security audits and address audit findings promptly.
• Proactively identify gaps in existing security processes and propose solutions for
  continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance security posture.
• Possess or work towards relevant security certifications, enhancing expertise and
  staying current with industry best practices.
• Utilize ticketing tools, such as ServiceNow, for efficient incident and request
  management.
• Ensure timely response and resolution of security-related tickets.
• Demonstrate strong written and oral communication skills, effectively conveying
  security concepts and requirements to diverse stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• Proven hands-on experience with GRC 12.0 (Access Control Suite) and SAP security
  administration.
• In-depth understanding of Identity/Users Management in SAP products like BOBJ,
  BTP, SAP IdM, etc.
• Strong knowledge of authorization concepts and Role Management across diverse
  SAP landscapes.
• Familiarity with audit and compliance regulations.
• Security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM) would be a plus.
• Proficiency in ticketing tools, such as ServiceNow.
• Proactive approach to identifying and addressing security gaps.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
