Requirements & Responsibilities
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in DevOps, with at least 1-2 years in cloud-native environments.
- Hands-on experience with Ubuntu and Kubernetes; solid understanding of K8s architecture and KUBECTL.
- Expertise in Kubernetes objects, including writing and managing manifests.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform and Ansible.
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Helm.
- Proficiency in cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Hands-on experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack).
- Strong scripting skills in Bash, Python, or Go.
- Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Relevant certifications in Kubernetes, AWS, or Azure are a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline software delivery.
- Manage Kubernetes clusters, ensuring scalability, security, and high availability.
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform and Ansible.
- Deploy and monitor containerized applications using Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management.
- Work with development teams to ensure seamless code integration and deployment.
- Implement security best practices and compliance measures for cloud environments.
- Optimize system performance and reliability, reducing downtime and improving efficiency.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure and deployment issues, ensuring rapid resolution.
- Monitor and analyze system logs and metrics using Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK Stack.
- Stay updated with emerging DevOps trends and technologies to improve current processes.
- Participate in on-call rotation to support mission-critical systems.
