Overview
We are looking for a Senior Java Angular Developer to join our growing team at NCG. You will play a key role in designing and developing robust, scalable web applications within the BFSI domain. This is an exciting opportunity to work on impactful projects, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and backend engineers.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in both Java and Angular, a solid understanding of RESTful APIs, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. This role offers excellent growth potential with opportunities to enhance both technical and leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications using Java and Angular
- Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and UI/UX teams to define technical requirements and deliver solutions
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and work within microservices architecture
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices
- Participate in code reviews, ensuring quality and maintainability of the codebase
- Debug and resolve technical issues quickly to ensure application stability
- Contribute to the improvement of development processes and practices
- Mentor junior developers and support their technical growth
- Stay updated on industry trends, frameworks, and emerging technologies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Java and Angular development
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
- Familiarity with Git or similar version control systems
- Exposure to Agile development practices and DevOps culture
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment and deliver high-quality results
