Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using Java, Spring, and related technologies.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project goals and scope.
- Ensure software applications are robust, scalable, and efficient.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers.
- Implement best practices for coding, testing, and maintenance.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving team standards.
- Monitor performance and troubleshoot issues in production environments.
Requirements
- 6 – 9 years of development experience in the Financial Services industry or similar enterprise-level corporations.
- Intermediate level experience in Java Development, particularly with Spring and Spring Boot.
- Intermediate level experience with SQL Development and RDBMS.
- Familiarity with Oracle databases and knowledge of NoSQL databases.
- Experience with messaging systems such as Apache Kafka.
- Exposure to containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration platforms like OpenShift.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating clarity and conciseness.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
