Overview
The Senior Microsoft Dynamics Developer plays a crucial role in developing and implementing solutions that drive the efficiency and effectiveness of our Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online environment. Requirements & Responsibilities
Technical Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution; or three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 5-7 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in development, configuration, solutions evaluation, validation, and deployment.
- Hands-on experience writing plugins, workflows, JavaScript, dialogs, etc.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Experience with .NET, C#, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Working knowledge of CRM interoperability with MS Office, MS Office 365, SharePoint, Azure, and MS BI Stack.
- Proficiency in C#/VB.NET, ADO.NET, XML, T-SQL, jQuery, JavaScript, Web Services, ASP.NET, and Silverlight.
- Knowledge in DevOps concepts and cloud domain.
- Experience in Agile methodology.
- Good to have Adobe Experience Manager content management system experience.
- Knowledge in AWS.
- Experience in implementing solutions with OAuth and OpenID Connect (OIDC) user authentication and authorization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions according to business requirements.
- Write and maintain code for plugins, workflows, and custom UI components.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Ensure the quality of code through unit testing and code reviews.
- Provide ongoing support and optimization of existing solutions.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, providing input and collaboratively addressing challenges.
- Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Document development processes, code changes, and system functionalities.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development best practices.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
