Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior .Net Developer to join our technology team in Mumbai. This role is key to the design, development, and optimization of robust applications that solve real-world problems and deliver exceptional value to users.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performing and scalable .NET applications.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct thorough code reviews, ensuring code quality, consistency, and performance.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for speed and scalability.
- Lead and mentor junior developers, promoting technical growth and team success.
- Propose architectural enhancements and scalable design solutions.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and incorporate them into projects when relevant.
- Document development processes and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.
- Ensure application security and compliance with industry standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of solid experience in .NET development.
- Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, and MVC frameworks.
- Experience with SQL Server or Oracle and ORM frameworks like Entity Framework.
- Solid understanding of RESTful services and API design.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
Preferred / Good to Have
- Exposure to front-end frameworks such as Angular or React.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
- Knowledge of version control systems such as Git.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and the full software development lifecycle (SDLC).
