Overview
We are looking for a Senior Power Apps Consultant to lead the design, development, and deployment of solutions using Microsoft Power Platform. In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to build scalable applications, automate workflows, and enhance business processes.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement custom Power Apps solutions for business needs.
- Build and maintain Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, and Power Automate flows.
- Integrate Power Apps with Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL Server, and third-party APIs.
- Provide technical leadership in Power Platform development and best practices.
- Develop custom connectors and reusable components to optimize solutions.
- Work with Power BI to build interactive dashboards and reports.
- Collaborate with business users to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize Power Apps solutions for performance and scalability.
- Ensure security, governance, and compliance in Power Platform implementations.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior developers and business users.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- 3-6 years of experience in designing and developing applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Strong experience in Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps development.
- Expertise in Power Automate (Flow) for automation and integration.
- Hands-on experience with Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL Server, and REST APIs.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Power FX, and JSON for customization.
- Experience with Power Virtual Agents and chatbot development is a plus.
- Understanding of Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and cloud integrations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Microsoft Power Platform certification (e.g., PL-100, PL-400) is an advantage.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) in Power Platform.
- Knowledge of RPA (Robotic Process Automation) with Power Automate Desktop.
- Understanding of AI Builder and Cognitive Services for intelligent automation.
- Familiarity with Dynamics 365 and Microsoft 365 ecosystems.
