Overview
The Senior Python AI Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust Python-based AI solutions. This role requires strong backend development skills, particularly with FastAPI, and experience with Generative AI applications. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable Python backend applications for AI-driven systems.
- Collaborate with data scientists and stakeholders to design and implement AI solutions.
- Develop and integrate APIs to enable seamless data exchange with front-end applications.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices in software development.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance and scalability.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes, tools, and methodologies.
- Stay updated with advancements in AI technologies and incorporate relevant innovations.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of learning within the team.
- Engage in Agile development practices, including sprint planning and retrospectives.
- Assist in technical documentation for software designs, workflows, and applications.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-6 years of professional experience in Python development.
- Strong understanding of backend technologies, particularly FastAPI.
- Experience with Generative AI applications and relevant machine learning frameworks.
- Proficiency in database management (SQL and NoSQL).
- Solid understanding of RESTful API design principles.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and deployment practices.
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
