Overview
The ServiceNow IRM Lead plays a crucial role in the successful implementation and management of ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) solutions. This role focuses on enhancing compliance and risk management processes, directly impacting business operations by improving efficiencies and mitigating risks. As a key member of a dynamic team, you will lead projects that enhance service delivery, ensure data integrity, and improve user engagement.
Responsibilities
- Lead the full lifecycle of ServiceNow IRM implementations and enhancements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy ServiceNow applications and modules.
- Monitor and manage project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocations.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members.
- Ensure compliance with IT governance and risk management policies.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within ServiceNow workflows.
- Conduct user training sessions and support end-users during and after implementations.
- Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow features, enhancements, and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (BE), Commerce (BCom), or a relevant technical qualification.
- 6 to 9 years of experience in ServiceNow IRM development and integration.
- Strong understanding of risk management principles and frameworks.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow platform development, including scripting, workflows, and integrations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
