Overview
The Supply Chain Analytics BA will play a key role in analyzing and optimizing supply chain processes using SAP ERP (P2P, MM, SD), Power BI, SQL, and Snowflake. You will be responsible for data analysis, requirement gathering, FIT-GAP analysis, and stakeholder alignment to drive business improvements. This position requires strong expertise in supply chain reporting and analytics, ensuring efficient data-driven decision-making for operations.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and optimize supply chain & operations data to improve business efficiency.
- Work with SAP ERP modules (P2P, MM, SD) to extract insights and enhance processes.
- Perform data discovery, data mining, data management, and analytics.
- Conduct FIT-GAP analysis, requirement gathering, and business process mapping.
- Develop business requirement documents (BRDs) and presentations for stakeholders.
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder coordination, and alignment with business units.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive supply chain process improvements.
- Utilize Power BI, SQL, and Snowflake to build reports and dashboards for decision-making.
- Work with non-SAP ERP systems for data discovery and analytics.
- Stay updated with AI/ML trends and explore potential applications in supply chain analytics.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in reporting and analytics within supply chain & operations.
- 4-5 years of hands-on experience with SAP ERP (P2P, MM, SD) processes.
- Strong expertise in data analysis, data discovery, and data management.
- Experience in requirement gathering, business documentation, and stakeholder collaboration.
- Ability to conduct FIT-GAP sessions, workshops, and process alignment discussions.
- Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and Snowflake for reporting and data analytics.
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts (good to have).
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
