Overview
We are looking for a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to manage and strengthen client relationships, ensuring the successful execution of digital transformation initiatives. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand client needs, provide tailored solutions, and drive customer success. Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction and business growth.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, understanding customer challenges and providing strategic digital transformation solutions.
- Work closely with internal technical teams to deliver solutions tailored to client needs.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize customer value.
- Conduct regular client check-ins and performance reviews to assess needs and gather feedback.
- Stay up to date with emerging digital transformation trends and technologies.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and insights showcasing project progress and business value.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and issue resolution.
- Support the sales team in preparing proposals, responding to RFPs, and closing deals.
Requirements
- 3 – 6 years of experience in technical account management, customer success, or digital transformation consulting.
- Strong track record of managing enterprise accounts and delivering business-driven technology solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (Engineering, Computer Science, etc.) preferred.
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree is highly desirable.
- Experience in project management methodologies and tools (Agile, Scrum, Jira, etc.).
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with a focus on stakeholder management.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
