Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Test Automation Lead to drive quality assurance initiatives across our software development lifecycle. This role is crucial in ensuring robust, scalable, and efficient automation frameworks for our web applications and services. You will work closely with developers, product owners, and other stakeholders to define testing strategies, automate test cases, and contribute to continuous integration and deployment pipelines.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 6-9 years of experience in test automation.
- Proficiency in Python programming for test automation.
- Strong hands-on experience with Selenium and BDD frameworks (such as Cucumber or Behave).
- Experience in automating Web Services and REST APIs using tools such as Postman, REST Assured, or Python Requests library.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD integration using Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or similar tools.
- Expertise in writing and maintaining test scripts for both UI and API testing.
- Familiarity with performance testing tools such as JMeter is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain test automation frameworks and scripts.
- Define test strategies and implement best practices to ensure high software quality.
- Automate functional, regression, and performance testing of web applications and APIs.
- Work closely with developers to integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
- Lead test execution cycles, analyze test results, and troubleshoot failures.
- Ensure comprehensive test coverage for new features and existing functionalities.
- Mentor junior test engineers and help improve their automation skills.
